How to Connect with Jim E-mail is best, using the Contact Us page on this web site or sent
directly to jim@jimjoseassociates.com. Telephone messages also
work when left at either
the Tucson office (520-825-8015) or the Anchorage
office (907-333-7391). Once you and Jim connect by phone, the initial conversation will normally follow these steps:
First, Jim will ask you to briefly describe the challenge you and/or your organization are facing that prompted you to contact him.
Then he will ask a series of informational questions to clarify his
perception of your challenge.
When he understands your challenge from your perspective, he will either explain that he can provide services to you or that someone else with other services more appropriate to your needs should be contacted. If you need someone other than Jim, he will then refer you.
If he can provide services to you, he will describe them, as well as the
next step in the process of initiating those services. At this point he normally will ask you to define your desired outcomes for meeting your challenge using his services. Jim will coach you through this process. These desired outcomes are critical because they provide Jim with the
parameters within which he will work with you and/or your organization. These outcomes remain the same until you and he agree they need to be modified.
Jim will then provide you with a not-to-exceed and all inclusive project fee.
In every case, Jim will explain that you – the client – own the process within which he will provide services, and that you – the client – determine when and if that process should be modified, with guidance and support from Jim. |
